We are looking forward to summer 2024! For the fifth year in a row, Make Do will be partnering with Cookshop to bring you not only a summer filled with creativity around the art table, but also in the kitchen. One part of your child’s day will be spent cooking and preparing a variety food and snacks with Cookshop and the other half is spent making art with us. We will be exploring a wide variety of media- everything from illustration, watercolor, collage and more! We also spend an hour each day playing at nearby Piccolo Park.

Camps will be held from 9 am- 3 pm in the beautiful Cookshop space at 2625 SE 26th in Portland. Camps are for students entering grades 1-5. We have limited availability and always sell out, as we cap all our camps at just 18 campers. Camp is $495/week. We will potentially be adding aftercare this summer from 3-5 pm if there is enough need. Please indicate if you are interested on the registration form, and we will reach out with more information should that become available.

If a camp is full, please send us an email to put your child on the waitlist. We will email you if and when a spot becomes available. Each week of camp will loosely follow the same formula in terms of recipes and art, so please be aware that there might be some repeat projects if your child joins us for more than one week.

Please note: If your child has any food allergies or intolerances, please contact us before registering to see if camp will be a good fit. Our July 8-12 camp will be gluten free/vegan friendly.

Cancelation Policy for Summer Camps:
Cancellations on or after May 1: 50% of tuition is refundable
Cancellations on or after June 1: No tuition is refundable.
